BiographyFollowing the demise of Brutal Truth, drummer/vocalist/performance artist Richard Hoak seized the opportunity to take grindcore music to its next and possibly final logical extreme with the creation of TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION. Bored sick of the current state of punk rock ‘etiquette’ and label politics, TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION’s music is preformed for the sheer joy of musical annihilation! Nauseatingly hyper blast beats are entangled with musical contortions inspired by a fast and pissed attitude that has been sorely missing from the sterile and stagnant state of so-called “extreme music.”
